This is the best golden pride in town- their chile is almost always hot, they are usually faster than other locations, and the workers are the friendliest. Highly recommend going to this one specifically for at least drive through. I always order the breakfast burrito (#1), and although they raised their prices recently like everyone, it is still an affordable treat and better than I can make at home! Some of the other locations have been hit or miss the past year, but this one maintains its quality.
I nearly lost faith in the fried chicken. Haven't had one that was any good in a while. I've been to the regular places you'd imagine. At Golden Pride, I ordered a three piece, slaw and mashed potatoes. Came to ten bucks even. I was about to eat two, the slaw and save the one and mashed potato for breakfast. No can do. I ate the whole thing. In a parking lot. Licking my fingers. Fresh, soft, and all around yummy.
Breakfast burritos first thing in the morning is one of my favorite meals here I always get the green chili burrito and it never fails to satisfy me when I come to town.
Everything great they're so local popular so you know it's great! Best carne adovada is fantastic!
HAVE AGAIN: Delicious beef taco. Outstanding service. NOT HAVE AGAIN: #8 breakfast burrito is good but plain - it needs salsa. Next time get #9.
